RETURNS

To give you peace of mind, we offer refunds or exchanges on all products. 

To lodge a return please do so by logging into your account here or by emailing hello@hollywilde.com. 

You have 14 days from the date you placed your order to lodge a return request. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with tags and the hygiene liner still attached. If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and returned to you again at your own expense.

A return label along with a payment link for a $10 return shipping fee will be emailed to you, which can then be printed and attached to your parcel for you to drop at your local post office. 

Please allow up to 3 business days from when your return is received at our warehouse for your refund to be issued. Holly Wilde is not responsible for any lost or damage items when returning.
